Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed by 6:00 PM EST, New York, Monday through Friday, will begin processing the same or next business day.

Processing Time
All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.

Order Transit Time
Once shipped, most orders will arrive within 4–7 business days. If additional time is required for freight coordination, we will notify you accordingly.

Shipping Methods
For large or heavy items, we utilize third-party freight carriers, which often deliver using commercial trucks. In these cases, you’ll be contacted to schedule a curbside delivery. Please ensure your phone number is accurate at checkout so the delivery can be coordinated without delay.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation that your purchase has been received. As soon as the item ships, we’ll send a second email with your tracking information so you can follow your delivery from warehouse to doorstep.

Need to Change Your Shipping Address?
Please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to update your shipping details. After this window, changes may not be possible if the order is already being processed.

Orders can be cancelled any time before they’re dispatched. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our return policy for next steps.
