At Glenmare, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If the item hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If your order has already been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it—but don’t worry. You’ll still be able to return it under our standard return policy once it arrives.
