What if something arrives damaged?

We recommend carefully examining your delivery as soon as it arrives. If there’s any visible damage to the box or packaging, please note it clearly when signing for the delivery. If you suspect damage but can’t open the package right away, mark the receipt with “possible damage” just to be safe.
