When will my order be shipped and delivered?

Delivery typically occurs within 4–7 business days once dispatched. If an item has a longer lead time, this will be clearly noted on the product page. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please examine the package carefully when it arrives. If you see any damage to the box, note it when signing for delivery. If you can’t inspect it right away, we suggest writing "possible damage" on the delivery receipt. Should you discover any issues once opened, please email us photos at support@glenmare.com so we can quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
