At Glenmare, we want your shopping experience to be worry-free. If something isn’t right, we’ve made our return process clear and straightforward so you can shop with confidence.

1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, returns can no longer be accepted.

2. Who Covers Return Shipping?

  • If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect: We cover return shipping.

  • If you're returning the item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item: You are responsible for return shipping and Items must be unused.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items
Let us know within 30 days if there’s a problem with your order. We’ll arrange return shipping at no cost to you. Once we inspect and verify the issue, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping fees you originally paid.

How Do I Return a Product?

Via Mail:
To return a product by mail, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team to initiate your return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Package Your Item: Safely pack the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and receipts.

  3. Include RA Number: Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship the Package: Send your return to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  5. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund if eligible.

Once approved, we’ll email you a free downloadable return label to print and attach.

4. Returns Due to Change of Mind
Changed your mind? No problem. Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaged securely. Return shipping will be at your expense, and once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund for the item cost, minus any shipping charges.

5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll notify you via email. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. If it’s been more than 7 business days since our refund confirmation and you still don’t see the funds, please email us at support@glenmare.com.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective. We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind or non-defective items. To request an exchange for the same item, please email our support team at support@glenmare.com
